Having spent over two and a half decades in Nottingham and more than 50 years shaping projects across the UK and internationally, Philip Sargent built a career grounded in precision, leadership and engineering surveying excellence. From overseeing complex developments in demanding locations across the Middle East (Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman) and, in the UK, sites such as Canary Wharf and the Folkestone terminal of the Channel Tunnel, to lecturing in engineering surveying for over 32 years at university level, he developed a sharp eye for planning, organisation and delivering to the highest standards.

Today, he channels that depth of experience into property — with a practical mindset focused on building lasting value and strong foundations.
